The photography carries it
Atelier 44 design interiors — houses, apartments and commercial spaces across Uzbekistan. Clients judge the work visually, so the site is built around the images.
A room fills the screen on load, with a few words of type over it. Then the next room. No sidebars, no clutter, nothing to read through before the work is visible.
The studio publishes its own work
Projects go live when the photography is delivered, not when a developer is available. The studio adds the project, uploads the images, writes a short description and orders it.
All five existing projects were published this way.
Built to need nothing
No database, no server to keep running, nothing to patch.
The site loads immediately and will still be working in three years with nobody having touched it. The hardest part of building it well was deciding how little it needed.
